Trending @Infosys; Need help in the below query
I have a query and would appreciate your help.
I am a System Engineer at Infosys, working on a project for [XXX] company. The work environment is extremely toxic. If I make even a small mistake, 4–5 people in managerial and team lead positions immediately scold me harshly. However, when I do good work, no one acknowledges or appreciates it—even though [XXX] company's higher management recognizes my contributions, Infosys' managers and team leads do not.
Currently, I am in a good workflow, but instead of receiving appreciation, I am constantly given more work and scrutinized for mistakes. How can I break out of this cycle, and what should I do next?
Additionally, they did not even give me a rating during my appraisal cycle. I have also noticed that some Senior Associate Consultants, who are at a higher level than me, do the same work as I do but lack the necessary skills. Yet, no one ever holds them accountable. Why is this happening?

Rule 1 - just do whatever is assigned and what u know, u already know the consequences of over working
More work= more responsibilities

Also u should and must learn everything end to end of ur project on the safer side, if anything comes under ur bucket ull know how to tackle it, learn from others mistakes
Bro funda clear hai, Murthy saab ka company mai kaam karna hai toh chup chap kaam karna hai.
Build better relationships with the clients side people and deposit your time in learning related skills and if possible ask someone from client to refer you in there company.

not possible bro infy wont allow you to join the client company, there is agreement kind of thing
Yeah, I know that agreement is for 6 months only. You cannot join the client company for 6 months from exit of infy. If you are good at what you do and the client requires you to join anyhow then no need to disclose that you join the client company.

Apply IJP and move to another project, not all projects are like this

Same condition of mine , only option for us is navigate to next

It's something to do with the work culture here. Best option is to leave. The longer you stay the harder it becomes to leave. They'll always take your efforts for granted.
