Need help in switching company

I want to switch from current company to any other service based company. My resume is ready. I have applied through LinkedIn but not getting any response not even getting rejected email. Just no response. I need help. Which website should I use to apply for jobs?

Naukri should be better. Keep your notice period as low as possible that will increase your chances of getting call.

My notice period is 90 days, if I tell other company that my notice period is only 60 days then they will ask me to join after 60 days, but if I leave my company after serving only 60 days notice period, then I won't get relieving letter.

Is it difficult to get or sustain a high package like 30–40 LPA in service-based companies?

Try to apply the same in their career portal. LinkedIn doesn't work properly.

Filter is not working in the Infosys website. Getting difficult to search manually among so many openings.

This is the freeze period bro, hiring would be very very low. Try from January.
