Need help in scheduling !!!

I feel like I am on a boat without a row to sail just trusting on the waves . I have been preparing for my placements and I find a hard time managing my college work and preparations the same time. When I get holidays I used to sit for 4 to 5 hrs but still I can solve only 7 to 8 coding questions. I am electronics student. I wish to benchmark my career in vlsi but I am afraid that I won’t be able to go back once I started my software job as you see there are only software companies coming for placements. Just need a timetable to manage my schedule?
