Trending @Accenture; Need help in resignation process

Hi All, Currently i am working in Level 12 from past 1.5 years and now i’m going pursue Masters and i am not aware of resignation process and my manager is also not helping me. Can anyone please tell me what is the process to follow till last working day and what are the necessary documents i need to collect before LWD.
