Need help in raising. Transfer request

I just raised for a transfer request there I am seeing that the duration is 365 days only . There is no option to set the end date . Is it normal or ?

Don't worry it's temporary only after approval and you base location rmg accepted you after joining of at new location your base location will change

Nothing to be worried bro all you need to do after filling and getting nod with the respective approvers is to wait for the response from their end in accepting the same..Once that's
done it would be set as your new base location where you need to start reporting at the same from that time...
