Need help in Java requirement

Hello, We are 2 man team and we have one requirement in our hand and we both are not able to resolve it, so we request you if any one have great knowledge of java,spring , hibernate and MySQL please help us to resolve it. We get multiple client escalations and we resolve other 7 requirement but getting stuck in one requirement only so we both requesting you to help us as humanity
