Need help in investing-SIP how and where to start

I have been dreaming to have my own house, not sure due to lack of knowledge never knew about this investments. So far I was saving and some emergency comes and it’s all gone! Now I have decided whatever happens happens, I want to start SIP But not sure, have seen multiple online sources but so much information gives me confusion!

1. How to open Dmat account 2.direct or regular bonds
2. Is it good time to start SIP
3. How about income taxes So many
