Trending @Accenture; Need help in cognizant bgv

My previous employer was TCS, and my current employer is Accenture.

In the OneCognizant BGV form, it asks for manager and HR contact details along with their phone numbers.

I have the email addresses of my manager and HR from Accenture, but I don’t have their phone numbers.

I also don’t have any contact details from my previous employer(TCS).

Please let me know how I should proceed in this case.

You can give the details if they are mandatory, and one question how did you switch....? For 90 days notice period did they accepted it..?

Yes in most of the cases, MNCs like infy cognizant tcs will accept 90 days

leave them blank I don't think so they'll mandatory
