Need help in choosing my next company. Have 2 offers!!
I have 2 offers currently, one is Thomson Reuters, Bangalore and another in Wipro, Kolkata
I am having 10 years of experience and currently based out of Kolkata
Thomson Reuters- 35 lpa fixed + 5.25 lpa variable Wipro- 35lpa fixed + 5lpa variable
Which one should I go for ?? How is the variable part given in both the organisations?
I would choose Wipro , considering the cost of living and similar package .
If you want good work life balance then go for thomson reuters
Work life balance will be good in Thomson Reuters. If location is not main constraint, i would suggest Thomson Reuters. Coming to variable, employee will get 80 to 100% variable in TR based on company and your performance. Will get even more than 100 % if employee is exceed performance.
Wipro variable pay is good.. they will provide you in quarterly..
