Need help, I have not visited office from last 2 months due to personal reasons ,Can anyone tell me what are the consequences that I need to be prepared for?and how do I deal with this,whether talking to my manager one to one will help me?

I am not able to go to office due to personal issue ,can anyone tell me how does this affect my salary and band? And how can I sort this out ?

you may get a call from your manager asking for a reason. anyways nothing will happen now. I haven't been to office this quarter without any exception. go on full rambo mode
