Hi guys , last 3 months back I got terminated from Infosys for claiming the internet bills which were in my roomate's name and they were not claimed elsewhere . I had received my relieving letter which only has one box with 3 rows which contains employer name,tenure and my last designation,from last 1 month I started getting calls as I'm applying for other company's even from may itself,now the actual problem is HR's are asking me the reason for leaving my current job and have been telling hr's that I left my previous job due to some personal health reasons ,will infosys disclose that I got terminated for violating their policy during the background verification ,please give advice I'm completely blank as some of my friends are telling previous employer will disclose everything about the candidate including why the employee left job and if it is due any policy violation.
Please advice me guys.I'm stuck in this and couldn't concentrate on my studies as well as i will thinking this whole day it's completely ruining my day .
no infosys or any company for that matter will not disclose anything. tell them you dint get project in infy rather than telling health issues.
Bro I can't tell I didn't get project after being in infy for 2.7 yrs ,see what happens during telephoning interview means they actually ask for the project I had worked on based on that atleast I'm getting some calls and even they will ask for what type of project and which i'm not suppose to disclose but my time is very had , somehow i have to get in somewhere.
changing of project is very common, it doesn’t mean u r on bench for 2 years. manage like recently moved to bench
Its not in our hands. Apply for 10 companies and hope at least some of them dont get to know about it and you would get through. But only if you try. If you worry you wont get selected in any company. So stop worrying and start prepping

Why the hell did they terminate for claiming bill on your friends name. They could just have rejected claim. Did you change the name in the bill or something like that which was caught
That's what ,finally they took the money back and terminated.I thought they would be just asking me to refund the money but that didn't happen 😔 my friends are claiming false bills and one of my roomate had claimed 5k as travelling charge as well and then they asked him to refund as that claim is not in the policy as it's his personal travelling experences
