Why did you get put into PIP?
Obviously d band, coz I got beef with DP and asked for a release . Got released in jan
My current supervisor rejected the PIP for me but still corporate HR initiated that
PIP is the way to terminate someone legally.
I don't think it's for all, pip is for D Band and few might get terminated
