Need help for Switch from TCS to someone who pays good money (or stay)
Hi all, I wanted to ask everyone that should I switch from TCS or not? I have 1 year experience and my package is 3.5lpa. I come from IT background and have been working on a Business Intelligence Project since then. Now I like my work, my working hours and my location. But the I get very little salary compared to what I do in my opinion.
Now here’s the thing, in my project I use Power BI, SQL, ADF, and so on… I know the tech side very well. Apart from that, I have been told that I can shine in the Project Management side and my plan is to pursue MBA in future.
But the part I want to talk about is money… As we all know that TCS will not give hikes this year, Wings1 will suffer the same scenario.
I was wondering if should I switch or wait for another year in hope of clearing Wings? If switch, then what fields should I apply for and what websites do we use these days?

Make a good profile , projects and share it on GitHub. Project Management is good . But master skills on people not only on tools.
Try giving interview received good offer go for a switch.

For only 1 - 2 year old , maturity lacks to see HDD , LDD of applications to build.
For you make list of companies who uses your tech stack make good projects and do Cold emails to Data Engineer or aligned to your profile.
And Study the job description copy that to grok ask changes to CV and for interview questions and projects to explain. 2-3 years + will receive good calls. Try Naukri premium or linked premium. For trials months. And ask for referrals shamelessly.
You have got time just trust the process.
