Need help for switch

I have got offers from EY GDS as AWS Application Engineer and from McKinsey and Company as Cloud Platform Engineer (Data Ops).

Fixed pay is almost same: Getting around 30% hike Variable Pay: At EY 10% and at McKinsey nearly negligible.

What do you guys think ?
