I have offers from Cognizant 25.9 with 70k variable( location: gurgaon) MetLife 28.6 with 2.6 lakh variable(location: noida) Happiest minds 29 LPA completely fixed(location: noida)

Also have one or 2 in pipeline from Turing, iris software for around 30 LPA

Can you please suggest which offer should I choose and pros and cons of joining these org
