Need help for sap sd job refer

Hi all. Currently i am working with accenture (1 year 6 months exp) as Associate SAP SD consultant. I am also certified from SAP for the same. Now project is over and less project on bench i am deciding to switch.

If anyone can refer me in their team please help.
