Need help for preparation!

I need guidance from someone who has completed CCNA/ SSCP/CCSP or CEH. I want to know where to start my preparation, how to study effectively, the best resources to use, and how long it takes to complete any of these certifications. Also, as a SOC Analyst with 1.5+ years of experience, I’d like to know if these certifications are relevant to my role.
