Need help! For my career in TCS as a SAP SD Consultant.

Hi All,

Currently am working in a support project for one the FMCG company based in US and the technology is SAP SD. Am not working in any implementation nor any development work. Not sure what to do i have been working in this support project for the last 3+ years as i joined as a fresher and RMG allocated me in this project. Please help me out what to do, am not getting any learning here in this project nor am getting any good experience over here. I want to grow my career in SAP.
