Need help for HIS

Hi All,

Last year I try to add my parents in HIS, but DOB is available in our parents id proof(only have year details in Aadhar card) , so i can't able to add beneficiary. So itry to many time HIS team over the mail no response and enrollment date aalo closed last year. And i tried with random date and added beneficiary and again I have remove them because if i enroll with worng DOB details it may impacts on the medical claim..

This year again I try to reach HIS team viam mail, again no response.. Also I got the below error. Can someone know to resolve this?

Anyone know any other way to fix this?
