Trending @Accenture; Need help for buyout, have a opportunity with 100% hike

Please suggest how can i get out of here early, i have 40 days of leave and 4 yoe, analyst, I am yet to receive my offer letter and i said i will be able to join in 30 days considering 90-40 =50 days np , which i am planning to buyout, any suggestions or ideas will help me progress
