Need help for b2b lead generation platform

Hey everyone! I'm running a startup and need to generate cold emails for outreach. I’ve been using Apollo AI to gather contact data, but recently, they’ve implemented restrictions limiting me to only 100 emails per month, which isn’t enough for my needs.

I’m specifically looking for B2B lead generation platforms that provide access to higher authority data (CEOs, VPs, etc.) similar to Apollo, but with more flexibility. Important: I’m working with a limited budget and can’t afford to pay in dollars right now.
