
🚨 Need Help: EPFO KYC & Nomination Details Missing – Urgent for Deloitte USI Onboarding 🚨
Hi everyone,
I’ve been facing an issue and hoping someone from L&T or LTIMindtree who moved to Deloitte USI can guide me.
I was previously employed with LTIMindtree, which maintains its own PF Trust. On LTIM’s internal PF portal, I can clearly see my KYC details, including bank account (digitally signed) and nomination details.
However, when I log into the standard EPFO portal, I’m unable to: • Bank account details in profile - KYC (it doesn’t show as digitally signed), • Add or view nomination details.
I even tried editing the profile to manually add my bank account details, but that’s also running into errors and I was also unable to submit nomination details.
Now Deloitte USI is asking for a screenshot of my EPFO profile showing all KYC details including bank account (digitally signed) and nomination details. I’ve already shared the screenshots from LTIM’s internal PF portal, but they’re insisting on EPFO portal screenshots only.
Has anyone from LTIMindtree or L&T faced this situation while switching to Deloitte USI (or any other company)? What steps did you take to resolve it? Is there any workaround or communication I can give to Deloitte?
Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated. This is quite urgent 🙏
