NEED HELP
I'm working in a very early stage startup when I was offered I was first to join company and then we grown to team of 5 and few interns. The thing is they all are working in an another company in a good position it's just like part time for them I'll only to most of the things I don't mind I'm happy that I'm learning a lot. it was immediately after my graduation i thought it will be great to start like this, but now I'm scared because we are still creating app not yet deployed don't have LinkedIn to show our company also , now I'm feeling like if I want to change HR may think he's lying i don't know how to explain i literally started with writing Frist line of code.
I want to change let me know what I can do about this
I was in similar situation right after college, didn’t even get paid for last 3 months. Hopefully your situation is better than mine.
Just keep learning and bag some good contributions to mention in your experience keep applying to different places.
If you have to justify your reason to switch this early just tell them you’re looking for bigger challenges or exploring your options in free market.
Got it 👍... but contribution means in open source or in company team ???
In the companies project itself, identify what are the core features of what your company is developing. Actively try to work on them or for the very least try to be present in design discussions around it so you know how those things are designed. That help you to understand the crux and you’ll be able to justify that contribution in interview just like you worked on it yourself.
