Need Help Deciding

Hi! I’ve received offers from Citi (AVP), Barclays (AVP), and Persistent Systems (Lead). Compensation for all 3 is in the range of 37-42 LPA for yoe 8+ years.

I’m trying to decide based on: • Growth opportunities • Tech stack & learning • Work-life balance •. stability

I’d really appreciate insights from those who’ve worked at or considered these companies. Which one would you choose and why?

Having worked for Barclays before and now working in Citi, Barclays has a better wlb and less work pressure tbh, rest depends on the team you land in.
