Need Help Choosing Between EY (Consulting) and ASSA ABLOY (Product) for ServiceNow Role

Hi everyone,

I’m in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate some advice. I have offers from both EY and ASSA ABLOY for ServiceNow roles. • EY has offered me the Senior Consultant 1 position with 8.5 LPA (plus 10% variable). It’s a consulting role with client-facing exposure and multiple implementation opportunities. • ASSA ABLOY offered me a ServiceNow Developer role (title says “Associate” but it’s a full dev role) with 10.5 LPA. It’s product-based, focused more on deep platform work and long-term projects.

I have around 3 years of experience in ServiceNow with multiple certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery). My goal is to become a Senior Developer or Architect in the long run, and I’m weighing learning, growth, and stability.

Would love to hear your thoughts on which might be better from a growth and work-life balance perspective.

Thanks in advance!

ASSA Abloy provides services as well. Check if it’s product based good to join as you have more pay and will be long term project
