Title: Need Help Choosing Between 3 Offers (YOE: 5) – Urgent Decision

Hi everyone,

I’d really appreciate your advice in choosing between the following offers:

• LTIMindtree (Paramount client): 22 LPA
• Coforge (HSBC): 25 LPA
• Zemoso Labs (no client allocated yet): 23 LPA

Experience: 5 years
Joining Date for all: 4th May (so I need to decide quickly)

Work setup:

• LTIMindtree & Coforge → Hybrid (3 days/week)
• Zemoso → Permanent WFH

Concern: For Coforge, my client round with HSBC is not yet completed. I’m unsure whether:

• There will be a separate client interview after joining, or
• I’ll be directly onboarded to the project

What I’m trying to evaluate:

• Job stability & project certainty
• Work culture & growth
• Compensation vs long-term benefits
• Risk (especially with Coforge client round pending)
