Need help - BGV

My previous company was an SME with very less employees bt was into illegal practices which I got to know aft 9 months the moment I got to know my official email id was used I didn't want to put myself in danger I put down my papers n my RM accepted even the HR helped me with exit docs bt the director got to know n he threatened to sabotage my career I didn't serve NP but I have all docs since employees knew he was treating everyone as slaves. M scared this will always affect my BGV how do I get out of this mess? Any advice?
