Need help before i take chance

I would like to know from all of you, How is fiverr ? I have been seeing lot of remote job platforms now a days and want to try for a side hustle. I have come across one name - fiverr as reliable option but i am not sure how it works.

Has anyone of you tried/ worked on it or any other similar platforms. Can we do it along with our permanent on payroll job ?

I am hoping to het some guidance from here and would like to share among others as apart from me , there are lot of needy people around me do not have fixed job and badly in need of money
