Need Help ASAP

I was on LWP from 2 months, I joined on 20th March but still i dint get any salary for 10 days i worked why is it so??please help me if anyone has any idea.

Also currently i am unallocated and i have completed 1 year in TCS in Oct. So will i get any hike and appraisel in April??
