Need Help? Anyone Here who can help or all are just here to read articles and comments?

Hi everyone, I’m Randhir Kumar, a passionate Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Python, Machine Learning, Alteryx,SQL, Power BI, Time-Series Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Excel, and EDA. I recently completed my Bachelor's in Computer Science (Honors) from Delhi University.

For the past two months, I’ve been relentlessly applying for Data Analyst internships, fresher, entry-level, or trainee positions. Yet, the result is always the same—silence. No responses. No callbacks. Nothing.

At first, I thought, Maybe I’m not good enough. Maybe I’m not what companies are looking for. But why?

I’ve built solid projects that showcase my skills: 🔹 Credit Card Fraud Detection – Designed an advanced fraud detection model with a 0.97 ROC AUC, making it tougher for fraudsters to slip through.

🔹 Walmart Sales Forecasting & Demand Analysis – Achieved 94% R² accuracy in sales forecasting, optimizing inventory planning.

🔹 Customer Churn Analysis (Power BI) – Uncovered a 26.54% churn rate, pinpointed key risk factors, and helped segment 1,869 high-risk customers, leading to improved retention strategies.

I have an ATS-friendly resume with no errors, yet I’m still stuck. Is there something I’m missing? Something hidden in the hiring process that I haven’t cracked? Here is the link of my cv:

I’m genuinely curious—has anyone else faced this? If so, how did you overcome it? I’d love to hear your thoughts! "

|| or all are just here to read articles and comments? Some gyan - don't provoke people like this.

There are thousands like you, both skills and experience wise who are still looking for jobs since longer periods than you.

No one is going to search a job for you in this market if you just share the resume. It is upto the candidate to search open position from careers page and atleast have the courtesy to share the job-id for sake of referral.

Hope you don't delete the post after reading this.

No need to delete this post anymore because of you. Can you tell me how many times you have been referred or have referred someone? How you will get attention for referral

I came to the community to share my issue and you share your comments. I used certain psychological words that prompted you to respond to this post. If I hadn’t used that sentence, what are the chances that you would have responded to this post, or would you have ignored it like others?

I am not provoking you; I am simply using psychology, my friend.
