Need help and suggestions on learning AI. upskilling

I have been in my job for almost 1.5 years,out of college,with a job I made a mistake by letting loose and not upskilling,just didnt feel like studying again after work and almost procastinated to do it during weekends,but at the end did nothing,I acknowledge this now,

I now want to now upskill and dedicate time after work and stretch more during weekends, can someone help me with on how should I start to tackle AI,where do i begin with,what all should i learn,lot of youtube content,but confused.
