I am a fresher and I am primarily trained in java and I have achieved P3+ proficiency in My competency. I have also done GCP Cloud Associate Certification but most of the calls I receive are from different streams like React.js or SAP.
My Market is EMEA
Yes, I did reply to all of them positively like "Although I am trained in java, I am excited to learn react.js and contribute to the team" tone.
But I am still on Bench. My bench period started in May 2025.
Can anyone provide any inputs or suggestions about what I can do? Like whom to contact or reach out to?
@Kamikaze you must have been assigned to some bench POC, you can keep sharing the details of the job requirements you applied and cross skills you are open to work. Also what you can do is try reaching the POC provided in the internal job portal against matching jobs. And keep sharing the profile within the network in Accenture
Where can I find my POC? I know my Manager (in workday), my CG and DU Leads, and my market Lead.
I couldn't find any stated as POC.
When I was on the bench they did assign bench POC and there used to be some calls twice a week like that. But not sure how it is now but you can try all the options suggested by Pathmaker in other replies on your post. I did follow those steps back in 2022

Option 1:- Bro, I followed a simple strategy to get desired role. Go to workday -> Left side Menu button -> Find people -> then filter out the people above than CL9, acc. to your market, skills and reach out to the people one by one and ask them for a role.
Option 2 :- Arrange Distributed link which contains all the manager in your market and send the mail that you are available for staffing . Mention everything about you. And send the mail
Option 3 :- join viva engage communities like l&tt, emea market and post there about you.
These are options I tried and got multiple project calls. Within a week. So you can try it too.
