Need help

There are very less projects in cognizant. I have been on bench from few months and there is not a single project to apply for my experience 1.5 years and due to no handson work experience no other company is considering my applications .Can anyone give me tips to apply for a job?

Keep applying for projects on TMP and reach out to hiring managers after applying. On the other hand keep upskilling yourself to get opportunities outside the organisation.

Just hope for the best coz this is all you can do for now.

The problem is that every project requires 2+ experience. Can i also apply for those projects as i am just 1.5 years experience??
