Trending @Accenture; Need help/advice don't know what to do...
I joined Accenture 7 feb 2024 in CL 12. I completed my stream training in July. After that I am in bench. In 20 feb I got project call and I accept that one but after 1 week when I ask them about my project allocation they told "Project hiring is closed redeployment team will assign new project to you" but after that not received any project call. Received Hardlock mail, client name is Cross client and entry level pool. I have no clue what to do with whom need to contact. Worry about will they fire me ? Apply jobs gateway portal but no reply from their side. Anyone tell me what to if things go like this will they terminate me ?
Hi , I think it’s fine u have been hard lock in your stream so now it’s there responsibility to provide you the project. Same thing happened to me(after getting hard lock , project people will start calling u ). And don’t apply on job gate way they won’t give u project because before applying there u should have 18 month experience in other projects which Accenture will provide.many of my friend including me have face same issue. don’t worry it’s there responsibility to provide u project now u will get a call. It might take some time but I think u will definitely get a project

Until 18 months they will not terminate you. After streams training, just wait 3month then start searching for a new job. If you your still waiting for a project, then around 8month wasted. You already completed 1year, so don't wait
Entry level pool is basically bench not any project
Off topic sorry as I see others have better answered your question here already, than I could - How come you joined in Feb and training finished in July? From when it started taking this long. Back in 2018 pre-covid it used to finish within 2 months of joining, with all days office reporting and training.
For how many months u are on bench?
Plz try to switch as soon as possible. ..dnt Depend on Project now ...
