If I resign today and manage says no need to serve notice period as my project doesn't have any critical dependency on me First is this scenario possible if yes then Will I get 3 months notice period salary?

If you are on billable role then they won't release you whether you are critical or not. If you are not billable then they might think to release you early. But in any case you will get salary till day you served and not for entire notice period.

Thanks @BiryaniCoder
I need a suggestion like I'm already looking for a new job so I just want to get a salary for the next 3-4 months. What should be the best approach.
I was thinking of asking for a release and going on the bench
I will get around 2-3 months of time as well as salary, but in this case the issue is currently I'm not going to office.. and even I'm not planning to go to office so in that case what could be consequences?

@Elder i don't think your manager will release you. If yes then great. You can be on bench serach job outside and reject internal project. Whether you are on bench or project you need to go to office. Otherwise HR will send warning letter and it repeat for more than 3 times then take disciplinary action like terminate etc. Also if you are on bench then as per latest RTO policy you need to visit office everyday there is no WFH for benched associates.
I will recommend you to go on medical leave or something like this with proper documentations.

@Elder You're welcome 😊
