Need Help - Received EY GDS offer letter
I got an offer from EY GDS Consulting, would like to know good and bad both sides. And also what will be working hours generally, any onsite opportunities, hikes and promotions?

Working hours and culture depend on the project, onsite opportunities are rare but possible, hikes are average and is dependent on your department. The bonuses are paid in full if you receive standard rating and can go up to 20-25% of ctc for exceptional performers.
