It depends upon your responsibilities and aspirations.
If they allow you to continue with TCS then go ahead with it, otherwise you should go ahead for American Company.
Aspiration is to be able to take care of kids well :-)
They need time as well as money. Hard to balance.
Yes it's indeed a good aspiration to have.
And it's certainly hard to balance time and money.
That's why I told you that if your current financial situation (staying in TCS) will allow you to do what you want to achieve in life and what you want to provide to your loved ones then it's fine.
Otherwise you can switch to this company, if it's not having that much of a good WLB, you can keep gathering info or keep preparing about the company which gives good compensation along with work life balance.
And once you have that you can switch to that type of company.
It shouldn't happen that you might regret rejecting the opportunity which you have got later in life.
So please think from that perspective as well.
