Need Guidence or any thoughts

Hi, I just want to ask one thing like I completed 3.4 years at Accenture, my skill which I work is not used in any other company and I’m not able to find opportunities on it and currently I was in a project which provides client facing charge code and my work is like support role now as we done all production work few months back, now I just want to know should I wait for promotions for the next 2 cycles or should I leave and My skill which I’m working is not using anywhere 😓. If there is no possibility I want to do MS, is it right to go now for MS or not. Can anyone please suggest ur thoughts

Look for internal switch. Upskill to acquire a relevant skill. Go for MS only if it complements your goals. Else its just another expensive degree
