Need Guidance Wings1

I am MBA Grad working on SAP and would be completing 2years in SAP in TCS. Should I enroll for Wings1 and what hike will I get after clearing. (kindly share the path as well. As I cant see the NOV wings1 assessment)

Hi, even if you cleared the wings 1, then I have heard that we should keep the band B or above B, only then salary will be the increased salary that is 7 lpa around, and if we get below that then again it will bounce back to original salary. With experience I think it's around 7.5 lpa. Not sure though! What is your project though in SAP? I am from SAP as well

Depends on your current package. If you're currently Grade C1 you can apply for Wings 1 and you'll get an additional bonus of around 3 lakhs per annum.
