Need guidance what do in this situation

Hi everyone, I was onboarded as a gen C intern in July 2024 and I got an employee id but I had to leave the internship due to some family issue and I was far from home.

Currently cognizant has opened another position for freshers and it's asking if were you employed earlier please share your employee ID.

Now what should I put here as I was never onboarded as an FTE I wasn't even able to complete any CSD training as well as I had left very early in the program and in offer letter and LOI it states that:"there is no employer-employee relationship during the training".

Can some hr plz guide me
