Need Guidance Regarding project and next steps
So I was working for a project and it git ramped down all of us including team members and tl and manager got relived Then eventually I got a project which initially I thought is life saving into bfsi But soon things turned into disastrous as they are into second shift (my grandfather fell his both hip bones are shattered so me and my brother are taking his care; me in night time ) I told them I was not aware but that made them angry maybe so they rejected me after cilent eval I thought its okay my allocation is anyway temporary I can turn things around but today when I was supposed to report to rmg they extended it to next month 13 and I am being approached by other manger who is insane as I informed him I will work 9 to 8 but not a min after 8 he escalated (project manager) to deliver manager and he inturn sent it to hr And now they gave me access in Mumbai for ID card odc I am from bangalore what are my options here ? Old timers please guide Thanking in advance 🙏
So in nutshell you can't work after 8pm so you have to take care of your grand father and searching for project right ? Toh itni badi kahani kyon ?
Anyways how much is your experience?

Sorry 😞 for the lengthy post ; I am really stressed to the point I might get panic attack
I have 5 years (C2) of experience(1 company)before coming to tcs and joined in Jan was working in project till August on bench since then and from 26th sep on temp allocation
relax, prepare well and leave...dont think too much.
