Need guidance regarding previous employment

It’s been a month since i joined EY, and today I got a mail for background verification, requesting a relieving letter from my past employer. And now the issue is that my old company has deleted all their email addresses and not responding to texts or calls. I was supposed to get all of it within 10 working days after resignation. I can’t figure out what to do next? How to proceed??
