Hi everyone,
I have a question about availing insurance at Accenture. I know that I am eligible for self-insurance and I would like to use it. Could someone explain the process for using this insurance ?Specifically:
- Do we need to pay the hospital bill first and claim it later, or can we directly claim at the hospital by showing our insurance details?
- If it's a direct claim, how do I get the insurance details?
- Who should I reach out to for more information about this process? 4.can we claim reimbursement for eye related issues where i have spent my money personally?
If anyone has used this insurance before, could you please share your experience and how it worked for you?

If you mean Lasik surgery, you can reimburse a small amount but it has a condition that your power should be more. I forgot the exact amount you can claim and power required.
I have utilised both cashless and claims service. Both were smooth. I received my claim within 15 days.
