Need guidance ,please help
I am serving notice period , HR asks if I have any offer and if they ask Expected salary then I say them more than what I have so I have to tell them that I have one offer.
But then I don't receive any call after that, faced multiple time.So should I tell HR that I have offer or not?
Or I should tell them that for getting calls I am serving notice period and don't have any offer.?
Depends!! But judging from your question you are thinking of getting retained. My point of view would be to remember the time you thought of resigning and stick to it.. And also think again why they would do it now?? They are just trying to buy some time for them so later they can kick you out!! Stick to your new offer and leave. No point in staying
HR of the other company I mean.....sorry missed to mention that
When I am telling to HR of other companies that I have offer then I am not getting call back from them for further process
