
Trending @Cognizant; Need Guidance on Setting Goals and Deliverables in GoPerform (New Joiner Confusion)
I recently joined Cognizant about three months ago, and I’m still getting familiar with the GoPerform system. I’ve already set my goals and updated my skillset, and I’ve also completed the mandatory and suggested courses linked to those goals. However, I’m a bit confused about the remaining sections in GoPerform — especially around deliverables and performance metrics.
Here’s where I need some clarity:

In Section 3 (Deliverables), I noticed that my Home Manager hasn’t set any deliverables yet. Am I supposed to create and add them myself, or is that something my Home Manager should set?

In Section 2 (Performance Metrics/Code Defects), there are several notes and fields — do I need to fill those, or are they usually updated by the project manager or system automatically?

If I’ve received client appreciation or positive feedback, how can I record or attach that in GoPerform so it’s considered during evaluation?

Lastly, I’m worried that I may have missed the deadline for setting goals and deliverables. Is there a way to request an extension or have it reopened if it’s already closed?
I’d really appreciate it if someone could guide me on the right process, especially who is responsible for each section (me, Home Manager, or Project Manager).

Your manager is the best person to help here...Don't hesitate to ask your manager.

You can update your task in deliverable and along with add any course you have done that will help to project

You have to set the deliverables, u can add them by ur work in project like task which u have done
