Hi everyone, I’m currently in a situation where my project doesn’t have any client access or active work, and it’s expected to end soon.
I’ve already uploaded my updated resume in TMP, but I’m not sure what the next step should be — 👉 Should I reach out to someone directly? 👉 Can I also apply somewhere through TMP? 👉 Or is there any specific team/person I should contact for allocation or openings? Would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions from those who have gone through a similar situation.
1)You need not reach out to someone directly. If you know someone who is hiring, you can speak with them and plan accordingly.
2) People within your portfolio will start calling you if they need you as your profile will start showing in TMP before 30 days of the last day in the current project. After the last day, you will be moved to PDP where you will get calls from other portfolios and other SBUs.
3)Not required. If the hiring team ( one who evaluates your profile for filling the open position) will call you.
