May 21st was my LWD with CG and the exit process went well with full clearance and also received service & relieving letter from CG . Now CG is asking to repay Variable pay which they credited to me, as part of that they deduct variable pay amount from my salary and for remaining amount they asked me to repay within 10 days of duration. What will happen if I didn't pay in time? Is there any way to approach the team for requesting to extend the time, need genuine answers.
Hey, I'm just seeing this port it's been a month, what was the outcome?
I replied to the mail asking for justification on the amount, they said that they will get back to me, and ask me to review the previous details what they shared with me initially, still I am receiving those mails
Please some one share your inputs here
