Need guidance on ML

I am currently in maternity leave and it will get over by November .. I am planning to take LWP for November and December.. is it possible to take .. I have not completed 2 years in TCS .. so I am not eligible for sabbatical.. what other option do I have to take 3-6 months break

Before completing 2 years at TCS, you are eligible for 1 month of LWP. If you avail this, you will not be eligible for any more LWP. However, once you have completed 2 years, you become eligible for 1 year of LWP (for child care or medical reasons). The 1 year of LWP can be taken either at once or in parts during your entire tenure at TCS.

If you need leaves, you have to apply SL, CL and EL no other way.
