Need Guidance on how to join Product based companies as Devops or Cloud Engineer

Hello Everyone,

I need your guidance on how to Join Product based companies as Devops or Cloud Engineer. It may be not for now but for future as well. I rarely see any openings for Devops or Cloud Engineer in these Companies.

I saw many people has joined these companies with 2/3 years of experience. If I will reach someone for refferal, I have to go with Job id for that opening but I am unable to find any relevant openings.

Your guidance is highly valuable for me.
