

Need Guidance on Deloitte Offer Process – Confused and Seeking Expert Advice
Hi all,
I’m reaching out to seek some clarity and guidance from this community regarding a confusing experience I’ve had during the hiring process with Deloitte.
I received a mail from them stating “You nailed it,” and I was asked to submit documents, which I promptly did. After that, HR requested some additional documents, which I also provided without delay.
Following this, I received a call from the HR where we discussed and agreed on the compensation package. I was told they needed two more days to finalize everything and share the formal breakup.
However, after that conversation, I received no further communication. I followed up multiple times via email and call. After about 15 days, I got a reply saying I’d receive the breakup within two days—but once again, no update came. I’ve followed up again, but it’s now been over a month since then.
To add to the confusion, when I tried to connect again recently, the HR disconnected my call, and I haven’t heard anything since.
I’m completely in the dark now—unsure if the offer is still on, if there’s a delay, or if it’s been silently dropped. I haven’t received any formal rejection or communication to indicate the next steps.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What’s the best way to proceed in a situation like this? Would appreciate any advice or insights.
